Being a party-addicted person, I have been used to staying up till 7am on a Friday and Saturday night to get some fun and get drunk till I forget reality for awhile. Now, I  got this night shift job selling cool and trendy bar products and supplies for international customers majority from the United States, there are lots of changes that I have noticed and learned how to party still even on your working time.

To party on your working time does not mean getting some alcoholic drinks and socialize with friends. It would mean to have fun as the same feeling while you are in a party.

Social Life

Working on a night shift jobs means no more glass of Mojito while talking to a cute guy in a bar on  Friday night or dancing in a club with your girlfriends. To compromise with this, you need to hang out on a Saturday night and be sure to get really more sleep afterwards as this kind of job is really a sleep deprived job which can be a mental health issue as well as a productivity problem.

There are times you get invitations on a weekdays for a party like birthdays, anniversaries or just an acquaintance party. Here, you need to develop right time management. Be conscious on your time and stay away with alcohol as much as possible or you will end up drunk while working which will affect your work focus.

With me lucky to work for a company that sells bar products, this will keep you updated with all the bar supplies updates and will feel like you are sitting in a bar stool watching your hot bartender making your cocktail drink. You will even understand everything on how the bar runs on what it needs. This working status get you closer to a bar-ambiance mind setting.

Although working online means no coworker around beside you to mingle and talk with,all you  can do is socialize with your buyers. Most of them are bartenders, bar owners and other who owns a home bar or some even are party organizers and or working in product promotions industry. These people working in such industry will teach you creative ideas for a party or for the bar. You will find out what is in what is hot for the bars and party. In an e-commerce industry, you get to chat more remotely with the other coworkers from other departments of the company like the warehouse and suppliers.  When you get to be friendly with them, they will help you quickly with the favors you will ask.

Music

There will be at times work is not as busy as Mondays. Pull some music and play some house, club or dance music. Just make it sure you can hear your customers calling or you will miss a call.

This might hear like crazy but for me working for a night shift job is as fun as going to a party. Less expenses. More freedom. Develops value of responsibility. Great for individual decision making. Less sinful.
